  1. Enterprise Course Planner
    This software module efficiently devises a timetable overview that takes into consideration variables such as, attendance capacity; permissible combinations of various courses and subjects; student course credit systems; scheduling clashes, etc. In addition, the software helps in minimizing discrepancies and creates more flexibility in accommodating schedule changes.

  2. Enterprise Timetabler
    This module provides administrators the actual timetable output. Designed to be intuitive, the Enterprise Timetabler also affords its users varying levels of permission to override any scheduling for maximum control. The software also affords various views and interfaces for ease of handling.

  3. Enterprise Reporting Solution
    The Enterprise Reporting Solution allows an effortless generation of a variety of reports sourced from the data in the Enterprise platform. There are numerous report templates that are already supplied upon installation of the system, with the option for modification or creation of new reports.

  4. Enterprise Desktop Reference Data Manager
    This application is designed to allow the creation and maintenance of data related to resources (staff, locations, equipment) and their related properties (i.e. departments, zones, suitability, tags, groups, constraint profiles and availability patterns). This data will inform timetablers of the available resources prior to the construction of a timetable.

  5. Authorisation Manager
    The Authorisation Manager is the main control system that determines the level of access offered to each user on the entire Scientia Enterprise platform.

  1. Timetabler Calendar Service
    This optional module allows users to overlay the Enterprise timetables with their personal calendars, providing users an effective overview of their entire schedules.

  2. Student Allocator
    Student Allocator manages the choices made by students in an efficient way, without overloading administrative workload. The system is flexible and provides options for student to make and change their selections within parameters that can be controlled by administrative staff members.

  3. Web Room Booking System
    This software module allows all users to find and book available rooms, through a variety of parameters such as dates, times, capacity, location and room facilities. Made available via the Internet, the application can be availed easily to all staff members.

  4. Scientia Web Server
    The Scientia Web Server can be added to connect to the Enterprise Platform, so that updates to timetabling information are maintained automatically and can be immediately accessed via the Internet. With the Scientia Web Server, timetables are always up-to-date and can be effectively distributed to staff and students online.

  5. Web Data Collector
    The Web Data Collector helps to simplify the complex and time-consuming process of collecting timetabling information. Some of its features include, standardised fields and formats for consistent data collection; an audit trail function to track the creation and modification of the data; electronic transference of the information to the Enterprise platform; parameters that allow a customisation of the amount and manner of data needed for collection.

  6. Exam Scheduler
    The Exam Scheduler is an easy-to-use, graphical tool that manages all aspects of exam scheduling and planning. The software looks into exam timetabling, room allocation, staff resourcing, even the optimisation of an individual student's exam schedule for improved performance.

  7. Staff Workload Planner
    This application provides a graphical overview of individual staff workload and enables managers to better allocate staff to teaching. It takes into account the workload of individual staff, including time needed for research, student assessments, administrative duties, etc.
